As you know, in the coming months the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is expected to release one or more notices seeking comment on rules for conducting the spectrum incentive auctions and the subsequent repacking of TV stations.
Even TV stations that choose not to participate in the spectrum auction process could be impacted – and that includes their local viewers.
