Seller is Northeast Gospel Broadcasting. This $50,000 sale to Armstrong’s Money Matters Radio Inc. raises Northeast Gospel’s proceeds from selling translators to at least $786,500 this year. The signal is a construction permit in Saranac Lake, near the outer limit of the FCC’s 250-mile translator waiver window. W249CV will relicense to Needham, southwest of Boston, with 40 watts at 97.3. They call the station “Money Matters,” but its lineup includes syndicated talkers Don Imus, Dana Loesch, Glenn Beck, John Batchelor and the overnight Red Eye Radio. Local shows include “Financial Focus with Leo Leydon” and “Stu Taylor on Business.” The competition includes iHeart-owned, Bloomberg-managed 50,000-watt “Bloomberg Radio 1200” WXKS.
