Country 102.5 (WKLB) Boston’s heritage country station is looking for a dynamic and engaging on-air personality for afternoon drive.   Are you creative, hardworking, focused, and driven to win?  Do you have a passion for country music and have the ability to connect with an audience through content that resonates with their lifestyle? Then we want to talk to you!

Here's what you'll need to join our team:

•  Three years or more of experience as an on-air talent
• Ability to create and generate music and lifestyle content during on-air shift
• Monitoring the music and commercial logs during the air shift
• Ensuring that promotions and contests are executed properly
• Operating the control board
• Audio editing ability (Vox Pro, Adobe Audition, etc.)
• Knowledge of station format and listener lifestyles
• Ability to connect with listeners on-air, online, and across social platforms with engaging content (i.e. daily blog posts, videos, social posts, etc.)
• Conduct artist interviews
• Collaborate on and actively participate in revenue generation through endorsements, events, and promotions.
• Comfortable hosting station and client events in front of audiences
• True team player who can take direction
