Hall Communications is now accepting resumes for the position of General Manager for WCTK and WNBH. The General Manager is a responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radio stations. This includes managing staff and coordinating with other departments such as sales, marketing, engineering, traffic and programming. The manager is also responsible for ensuring that the station stays compliant with FCC licensing, and discerning programs and issues within the city of license and surrounding areas.
Manager is responsible overseeing national/regional sales, and managing local sales department of five sellers and representation of the stations with the RI and MA Broadcasters Associations. Strong leadership and management ability, as well as deep understanding of the radio industry and its sales trends is required.
