Associate Producer

Description
98.5 the Sports Hub, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Associate Producer for its highly rated Toucher & Hardy morning show. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and researching show topics with show staff, editing audio using various editing software, contributing to all station digital platforms, operating the audio board, occasionally contributing on-air. Juggle multiple tasks and adjust on the fly during a 4-hour live program. Fill in for Executive Producer when called upon.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience producing audio/video content
- Proficiency in operating Wheatstone audio board
- Audio editing knowledge a must (Adobe Audition, Wide Orbit and Newsboss preferred)
- Ability to work closely with talent
- Video editing and experience with YouTube a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the local and national sports landscape, current events, pop culture, etc.
- Must have a team mentality and able to work with multiple departments
