Production Director

Production Director Plus! for SouthCoast NewsTalk station
So, the least I can do is help find my replacement.
I'm leaving here in two weeks for my dream job. Now, I gotta find another me. Not. Gonna. Be. Easy.
Are you a cooledit whiz? (OK, Adobe Audition. Whatev.) Are you web-savvy, and PC literate in general? Are you down with current events? Can you make this town your own? Can you fill in as a talker here and there, as needed? Do high stress and short deadlines get your adrenalin pumping? Does your imaging work get LISTENERS' hearts pumping? Could your production work sell an igloo to Sarah Palin? Can you handle an admixture of strong personalities, from clients to staff to on-air talent? Can you bend spoons with your mind like Uri Geller? OK, that last one is optional, but if you love a challenging, fast-paced environment, and ESPECIALLY if, on top of all the rest of it, you're a political junkie.....ooooooh. You gonna LIKE this, oh, yes indeed. Production, board-op, some on-air for the right person, and you gotta be able to keep multiple plates in the air at the same time.
One thing you won't be is bored.
If I haven't scared you off, send what you got - production, imaging, and on air samples, along with your resume, to The Boss, Doug Tweedy:
dougt@wsar.com
for this EOE position with First Bristol's WSAR-AM in Fall River, MA.
